Yusmany Gil
Yusmany Gil is the founder of Progressive Medical Center, Inc., a mental health organization with locations in Miami and Jacksonville, with plans for continued expansion. He established the organization in 2021 following a personal family experience that revealed critical gaps in access to culturally responsive mental health care. Under his leadership, the center has expanded services to include clinical evaluations, psychiatry, medication management, therapy, and telehealth, helping reduce barriers for underserved communities. He has also built partnerships with primary care providers, schools, and community organizations to increase access to care.
Yusleidys Gil
Yusleidys Gil is an accomplished business owner and organizational leader with over a decade of experience in operations management, team leadership, and strategic oversight. As Owner and Operations Manager of Ingenious Kids, Corp., she leads organizational strategy, strengthens internal systems, and upholds high standards of accountability. Her professional background includes leadership roles within healthcare and community-based organizations, where she has improved compliance, optimized workflows, and enhanced service delivery.
Imian Mesa
An entrepreneur and digital creator based in South Florida, Imian develops socially driven platforms focused on education, community awareness, and civic engagement. He is the creator of Conducta Dade, a digital initiative that raises awareness about homelessness in Miami by sharing real stories and mobilizing community support through outreach and donations. Through his work, he brings a strong commitment to social impact, community engagement, and service to vulnerable populations.
Iria Alba Alfonso
Iria Alba Alfonso holds a law degree from the University of Havana and has built a career advising cultural and music-sector organizations on contracts, organizational structure, and rights protection. She currently directs the studio-gallery of internationally recognized Cuban artist Michel Mirabal, while also supporting initiatives that benefit children and vulnerable communities. Her work reflects a strong commitment to accountability, culture, and community impact.
Nora De Armas
Nora De Armas is an experienced Office Manager specializing in mental health administration. She oversees operational coordination, supports clinical workflows, and ensures efficient administrative systems aligned with regulatory standards. Known for her attention to detail and strong organizational skills, she plays a key role in supporting effective service delivery. As a Board Member, she contributes operational expertise and supports the Foundation’s commitment to excellence and impact.
