Restore Mind Foundation recently had the honor of spending a meaningful afternoon with the women in Agape Network’s residential program, creating an experience centered on self-care, connection, and emotional well-being.
As part of the visit, professional makeup artist Ari Regina generously donated her time and services, giving the women an opportunity to enjoy a personal makeup experience in a relaxed and supportive setting.
The afternoon was about creating a moment for the women to feel cared for, valued, and connected while spending time together in community.
More than self-care
For Restore Mind Foundation, self-care is not simply about appearance. It can also be an opportunity to pause, reconnect with yourself, and be reminded that your well-being matters.
Activities like this allow us to meet people where they are and create moments of encouragement and connection during periods of transition in their lives.
But we also wanted our collaboration with Agape to go beyond a single afternoon.
Creating opportunities for the future
Through the generosity of Glenn Luxe Studio, one of Restore Mind Foundation’s supporters, the Foundation also donated two professional eyebrow certification courses for women participating in Agape’s reintegration program. The two women selected will have the opportunity to receive professional training and develop a marketable skill that could support future employment and financial independence.
For us, this is an important extension of the work. Supporting emotional well-being also means looking for practical ways to help individuals rebuild confidence, develop skills, and move toward greater stability and independence.

For more than four decades, Agape Network has served the South Florida community through an integrated approach that includes behavioral health, primary care, residential treatment, supported housing, workforce and education programs, and other services. The organization describes its model as holistic, integrated, and rooted in its founding principle of unconditional love.
Our visit gave Restore Mind Foundation an opportunity to support that work in a personal way while learning more about the women Agape serves and the programs designed to help them move forward.

We are grateful to Agape Network for opening its doors and allowing us to share this afternoon with the women in its residential program.

At Restore Mind Foundation, we believe meaningful support can take many forms. Sometimes it is creating a moment where someone feels cared for. Other times it is opening the door to training, employment, and a new opportunity.
